Orientation COACHING
Orientation coaching allows everyone (middle schooler, high school or college student) to ask themselves the essential questions in a structured way to build their academic and professional career.
-
Are you considering enrolling in a study path?
-
Are you already enrolled in college but don't feel right with your college or career choices anymore?
-
Questions about your orientation generate stress for you?
-
You procrastinate and lack of motivation?
-
You feel that you have time to think about your future but you feel pressured to answer the question: "what's next for you?"
-
You already tried to answer that question but there are too many options and you don't know which one to choose?
-
Do you want to give more meaning to your life in general?
The coach does not give advice on "best studies", "best schools", "best jobs". He listens to the needs of his client and accompanies him with his questions. He can use tools when it seems relevant (mind map, business cards game, tests...).
The client can thus move towards the choice of his path in a confidential space while respecting his entourage. The choice of the client can be done closer to his passions, his talents, his personality and his ambition.

Each coaching is unique and adapted to everyone. The steps of a coaching make it possible to work on:
-
Who I am?
-
What are my criteria for choosing a job or a field of studies?
-
What are 2 or 3 tracks that I will go into?
-
What choice am I willing to make today?
-
What are the steps to reach my goal?
Orientation coaching usually takes between 6-8 sessions, ideally spaced 1 or 2 weeks apart. Insofar as the client lives under the responsibility of his parents, the presence of the parents during the first and last session is often a plus.
