MOTIVATION COACHING
Motivation coaching allows each student to find the keys that allow him to orient his energy towards his studies or profession in a more efficient and or more serene way.
-
You need energy to achieve goals (studies, exams, internship, job) but you do not feel it?
-
You have a project (studies, job) that tempts you but you can not do what it takes to get there?
-
Leisure, video games or your mobile phone interest you more than lessons or work and it prevents you from advancing as you wish?
-
You have a very ambitious project that is going to take a lot of energy and maybe some sacrifices, but you are not sure how to get there alone?
-
You are in a demanding situation (preparation, competition to prepare, several projects at the same time) and you feel ready to give up?
The coach does not give advice and does not prescribe a "magic formula" to find motivation. He will open tracks by his questions so that the client finds how to be involved again. He uses tools when it seems relevant (mind map, schedules, role plays ...).
The client can thus choose, in a confidential space, his way of getting back to work and on the way towards his objectives. Each coaching is unique and adapted to everyone.

-
What motivates me?
-
What do I need to motivate me? (environment/rewards/fun...)
-
How motivated am I to achieve this goal?
-
What will be different for me and others when I achieve my goal?
-
How can I enjoy or find an interest to achieve my goal?
-
Do I feel able to reach my goal?
-
Who do I need to get there?
-
Do I want to develop my abilities in that field?

Motivation coaching usually takes 6 to 8 sessions, ideally spaced 1 or 2 weeks apart. Insofar as the client lives under the responsibility of his parents, the presence of the parents during the first and last session is often a plus.
